Ryan Neuhard is the Deputy Director of the Asia Program at the Foreign Policy Research Institute (FPRI). His research focuses on security issues related to military, economic, and technology developments in the Indo-Pacific region.
Prior to joining FPRI, Mr. Neuhard studied topics related to China and North Korea while serving as a Research Associate at Hudson Institute. His work has appeared in publications such as The Diplomat, The National Interest, and War on the Rocks. Mr. Neuhard holds an M.A. in security studies from Georgetown University and a B.A. in international relations from the College of William and Mary.
