The Black Sea Strategy Papers analyze the international politics of the Black Sea region as well as foreign policies of the Black Sea neighboring countries including Bulgaria, Georgia, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Turkey, and Ukraine. The strategy papers also address the region’s significance for the United States and for Europe.
