Andrew Legon is a research analyst for a joint project of the Royal United Services Institute (London) and FPRI on Afghan National Police Reform, which aims to examine the lessons of past security sector reform programs and apply them to the specific context of Afghanistan. He holds an MPhil in International Relations from Cambridge University and a BA in History from University College London.
