Dr Benjamin Day is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of International Relations at the Australian National University. He was the Partners Across the Globe Fellow at the NATO Defence College, Rome, from March to July 2025. Ben’s current research explores when and how political leaders get time to think, especially about international order.
