Chia-Yun Po is a research fellow at Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies, Harvard University, where she focuses on Russia’s nuclear energy politics in the global south. She is originally from Taiwan.

She has published in leading journals in law and interdisciplinary fields, including the Business and Human Rights Journal of Cambridge University Press, the Academics Stand Against Poverty Journal of Yale University’s Global Justice Program, Chinese(Taiwan) Review of International and Transnational Law, and Formosa Transnational Law Review, and CAA (Chinese Association of Arbitration) Arbitration Journal.
