Doug Wise is a West Point graduate who had a 20 year army career including assignments in special operations.  He then had a second career in the CIA’s Directorate of Operations and was a member of the Senior Intelligence Service.  He served four times as a Chief of Station including in a war zone and led a major covert action program.  His final tour in government service was as the Deputy Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency.
