Gabriela Iveliz Rosa-Hernandez is an Associate Research Analyst in the Russia Studies Program at CNA and Non-Resident Fellow in the Foreign Policy Research Institute’s Eurasia Program. Before her work at FPRI, Gabriela was a Research Associate at the Arms Control Association. Gabriela holds an IntM in Central and East European, Russian, and Eurasian Studies from the University of Glasgow and a BA from the University of Puerto Rico. She has also studied and lived in Russia, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Belgium, and other countries in the region extensively. Her research interests center on security orders, conventional nuclear integration, and Russian military and defense policy.
