Non-Resident Senior Fellow - Eurasia Program
Dr. Hadas Aron is a Non-Resident Senior Fellow in the Eurasia Program at the Foreign Policy Research Institute (FPRI). She is also a researcher at Molad Institute for Democratic Renewal and a teaching fellow at Tel Aviv University. Her work focuses on nationalism, populism, democracy, and illiberalism in the international system. Her current research examines processes of fragmentation of national identity and its political consequences in Israel, Central and Eastern Europe, and the United States.
Hadas holds a BA and MA in Life Sciences from Tel Aviv University and a PhD in Political Science from Columbia University. In her previous roles, she was a faculty fellow at the Center for European and Mediterranean Studies at New York University and head of the International Politics division in the Women’s Leadership Program at George Washington University.
