Hajnalka Vincze is a Non-Resident Senior Fellow at the Foreign Policy Research Institute. Vincze is a European foreign and security policy analyst, formerly in charge of European Union and transatlantic issues at the Hungarian Ministry of Defense’s Research Institute. She has written widely on the politics and foreign policy of Europe, with a particular focus on France’s strategically pivotal role.
