Her work in Tanzania spans influential organizations such as Policy Forum and the United Nations Association of Tanzania, where she has championed collaborative approaches to social justice, gender equality and civic empowerment. She has also worked with BAM International, a Dutch Construction Company that worked on Julius Nyerere International Airport in Tanzania.
Iman has received advanced training from the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency and Rhodes University, further strengthening her expertise in policy engagement and development practice.
