Jason C. Moyer is the Program Associate for the Global Europe Program at The Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. His research focuses on NATO, the Baltics, the Nordics, and the European Union. He also teaches on the Nordics and Baltics at the Foreign Service Institute.
