Madison Lipson is a Research Associate for the Canada Institute at the Wilson Center, Madison brings expertise from roles at the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) and General Dynamics Land Systems- Canada (GDLS-C). She holds a Master of Global and International Studies in International Business from the Universidad de Salamanca and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Western Ontario.
