Ray Joseph is a former intern for the Asia Program at the Foreign Policy Research Institute. He has an MA in Security Policy Studies and a Graduate Certificate in Geographical Information Systems (GIS) from George Washington University. His research interests include US security policy in Asia, Indo-Pacific maritime security, the Pacific Islands, and GIS. He has a BS in Business Process Management from the University of Illinois and is a US Marine Corps Infantryman veteran.
