Stephen Porter is an Affiliated Researcher of the African Centre for the Study of the United States at the University of the Witwatersrand. Formerly, he served as Director of the Centre for Learning on Evaluation and Results at the University of the Witwatersrand. He also was a Lecturer at the University of the Witwatersrand.
