Dr. Victoria Vdovychenko is the joint program leader of the Future for Ukraine Project at the Center for Geopolitics, University of Cambridge. She is a widely recognised and published expert on the issues of hybrid warfare and strategic communication, with particular emphasis on relations between Ukraine and the European Union, as well as NATO. Victoria has an MSc and PhD in Foreign Policy and World History, Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine. She is currently working on the challenges of the European Union, Euro-Atlantic integration, and hybrid warfare and strategic communication.
