Arnis Cimermanis is a recipient of the Baltic American Freedom Foundation (BAFF) scholarship and is currently working with the Transatlantic Defense and Security program at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA). Additionally, he is a senior expert at the Latvian Ministry of Defense. His experience includes operational planning, out-of-area military engagements, Northern European defense and security issues, and international cooperation.
